Two neighbouring industrial properties in Paget have sold in standout transactions,
underscoring continued demand for quality freehold assets in Mackay’s industrial
market.
Explore Commercial negotiated the sales of 8 and 10 Peace Street, Paget, achieving
$4,205 and $3,621 per square metre respectively.
The results sit above average Paget industrial sales levels recorded throughout 2025
and reflect the premium buyers are prepared to pay for well-located, functional industrial
assets in tightly held precincts.
Both properties comprise approximately 430sqm of lettable area on 960sqm concrete
block sites, offering practical site coverage and a layout well suited to owner-occupiers.
The campaigns generated more than 70 enquiries from investors and owner-occupiers,
highlighting the depth of demand for quality industrial stock in the region.

the assets and the ongoing confidence in Mackay’s industrial market.
